Shipping policy

Items are shipped from Perth, Western Australia using Australia Post and are fully tracked. 

We usually ship all items within 1-3 business days. 

Standard parcel post generally takes 2-6 business days and is free. Express Post usually takes 1-3 business days and has a small fee. 

All deliveries are guaranteed. If your delivery is delayed in transit, please contact us on adam@kwinana.physio so we can investigate and resend your parcel if it is lost.
